Do you offer refunds?``````````````

Items purchased must be returned within 14 days for an exchange or credit note.

If you have forgotten to insert your returns form within the parcel please send an image to customer services. A record will be kept on your order to ensure you are refunded efficiently.

You can return more than one order within the same parcel, but you must ensure that you have completed separate returns forms.
Items can be retuned in any packaging, however please ensure that all tags and labels are intact. Also, please ensure that your completed returns form is within the parcel.
We do not offer an exchange service online, any returned items will be refunded only unless they are faulty or incorrect. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item please note your replacement request on the returns form which you would’ve received within your parcel, this will be a replacement for the exact same item, size, and colour.
We do not provide any return labels therefore your return charges will need to be covered by yourself.
Please check your card/PayPal statement to see if your refund had appeared, this generally appears within 5 working days from the day the refund was issued. Or, please check your emails to see if we have provided you with a new code/voucher, this is dependant on your initial payment method. If you are still unable to view your refund, please contact our customer service.
If your card has expired, someone from our team will be in contact to obtain some new details in order to issue your refund. We will never ask you for any details other than the new expiry date on your card.
